How to Book an Appointment & Access Your Membership

Booking an Appointment Is Easy!

    Log in to Your Parent Portal

    Visit the Palm Breeze Pediatrics website and select Book an Appointment Today.

    Access Your Membership

    Once logged in, you can view your active membership, manage your account, and access your child's information, including clinical notes, lab results, doctor's notes, and prescriptions.

    Book Your Appointment

    Select Appointments in the Patient Portal and choose the available date and time that works best for your family.

  4. 4

    Complete Your Child's Information

    Select the child who needs care. After choosing an appointment time, complete the triage questions with your child's symptoms and reason for the visit.

  5. 5

    Join Your Telehealth Visit

    At your scheduled appointment time, check your email and follow the instructions provided to join your virtual visit with a Palm Breeze Pediatrics provider.
